🍀🌈🩷💫🎈🦄 INGREDIENTS: * 1/3 cup salted or unsalted butter * pinch of salt (if butter is unsalted) * 12 ounce bag of marshmallows * 5 1/2 cups Lucky Charms cereal * Lucky Charms marshmallows (optional) INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Line a 9x9-inch pan with parchment paper, and/or lightly grease the pan with cooking spray. 2. Melt the butter in a large pot over low heat. 3. Continuously stir in the marshmallows and a pinch of salt, making sure to scrape the sides to prevent burning. Once fully melted, immediately remove from heat. 4. Gently fold in the Lucky Charms until evenly coated. 5. Just before transferring to the pan, mix in a handful of Lucky Charms marshmallows for a pop of color and texture. 6. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan, pressing it down into an even layer. 7. Let them set for about an hour at room temperature, or refrigerate if you want to enjoy them sooner. 200g Plain wholemeal Flour 250g Plain Flour 7g Instant yeast 1/2 tbs salt 320ml Lukewarm Water 150g mixed seeds 1 x tsp flakey sea salt Mix flour, yeast and salt together. Add water and mix well till everything is combined. Cover and rest for 30min, after 30 min do 4 x stretch folds, cover and rest another 30 min and then do a second set of stretch and folds. Cover and rest for 1 to 1.5 hours. Add some parchment paper to 2 x grill racks, the bread sticks can slot into the gaps to get a cylinder shape but don’t put them too close to the edge or they may roll off in the oven. Mix the salt with the seeds and lay them down in your surface in a rectangle shape. Once the dough is ready flour your hands and help the dough out onto the seeds (you want the dough to stick onto the seeds) spread the dough out gently and press down slightly over the seeds sprinkle the top with flour to help you cut into 12 strips. Flip the strip over and twist twice in the middle, place on the grill rack and twist the ends slightly. Cover and rest for 30 min while your oven heats up to 250C with a dish with water at the bottom. Bake both grill racks for 10-12 min with the water the take the water out and swap the racks over so the bottom one is at the top and turn oven down to 240C Bake for another 10 - 12 min (keeping an eye out for the colour of the sticks and alternating the racks again) Take them out and flip them over so the underside can get golden for about 6 - 8min swapping the racks again after 3 -4 min from bottom to top. For freezing do it as soon as they’re cool in a sealed bag. Defrost overnight or in the morning for the evening in the bag. Enjoy D 🫶 #fyp #breadsticks #wholemeal

smoky gouda and beef casserole ! full recipe 👇🏻 What you’ll need:  1lb ground beef 1 tbsp avocado oil 1 small onion, finely diced 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp smoked paprika 1/2 tsp ground mustard 1 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp dried thyme 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 cup uncooked long grain rice, rinsed 2 cups beef broth 1 cup crushed tomatoes 1/4 cup heavy cream 2 cups shredded smoked gouda Freshly chopped chives for garnish Instructions:  1. Preheat a Dutch oven to medium-high heat and add the avocado oil. Once hot, add the ground beef and cook for 7-10 minutes until fully cooked.  2. Once the beef has cooked, add the diced onion and minced garlic. Saute for 1-2 minutes until the onions are soft and the garlic is fragrant.  3. Next, add the smoked paprika, onion powder, ground mustard, thyme, salt, and black pepper, then mix. Cook for 1-2 minutes.  4. Add the crushed tomatoes, beef broth, and heavy cream.  5. Stir in the uncooked rice. Bring to a simmer, cover, and reduce heat to low. Let cook for 15-18 minutes until the rice is tender, stirring occasionally so the rice doesn’t stick to the bottom.  6. Once the rice has cooked, top it with gouda cheese and place it in the oven at 400 degrees for 5-7 minutes until it the cheese has melted and is nice and bubbly.  7.
