Cake fail!! 😭😭 Again I just want to say I made this video and filmed it to make the best out of this situation and share this with everyone. Absolutely not the customers fault and I’m happy she messaged me being honest. This is defo a lesson for me and hopefully will teach other people too not to take on something above your pay grade and to stay calm and do what you can.
