To have a great slice backhand: 1. Let the ball enter ‘between’ your legs A classic mistake that players make is hitting the ball too far in front of them. There is no way you can drive the ball effectively like that. For better control, let the ball position itself between your hips but towards the front. 2. Cut down the ball first and then in the direction of the target Of course, do this in one single motion, but to make it clear for you, there are two directions. Ideally, it should look like a curve. 3. Use your left arm to keep your shoulders in the right direction 4.
