Grab your copy using the link in my bio 😍📕 Macros 464 calories 28gP / 26gF / 30gC Serves: 1 (double to serve 2!)   Shopping list ✍️ - 2 pieces low calorie bread - 40g passsta - 20g tomato purée - 1/2 tsp oregano - Pinch of sweetener or sugar - 30g pepperoni slices - 30g reduced-fat cheddar - 40g reduced-fat mozzarella Method Mix the passata, tomato purée, most of the oregano and pinch of sweetener or sugar together and set aside. Slice the pepperoni apart from 2 whole pieces. Spread over your homemade pizza sauce of the bread, then top with the cheeses. One piece of bread add the small sliced pepperoni, the other side place 2 whole slices of pepperoni on top. Place the whole pepperoni side on top of the other slice of bread. Sprinkle over a pinch of oregano. #ad #AD Honey mustard chipolatas in blankets 😍   Pork chipolatas sausages wrapped in crispy streaky bacon, coated in honey & mustard and dipped into a cheddar cheese sauce… this is a MUST try this Christmas 😮‍💨   This recipe is inspired by my yiayia (grandma in Greek) who every year makes the BEST pigs in blankets by using chipolatas instead of cocktail sausages and drenches them in honey & mustard! 🍯 Me and my brother would always fight for the last one 🤣  For my version, I decided to use @Schwartz premium herbs to elevate the dish further and share this gift of flavour with my baby girl this Christmas 🥹   Macros  165 calories each  10gP / 8gF / 14gC  Makes 8    Shopping list ✍️ 8 Pork chipolatas sausages  8 streaky bacon rashers  ½ tsp Schwartz Parsley  ½ tsp Schwartz Thyme  2 tbsp honey  1 heaped tsp wholegrain mustard  300ml Schwartz Cheddar Cheese Sauce    Method  Mix the Schwartz Parsley with the Thyme, honey and wholegrain mustard and set aside. Wrap the chipolatas with the streaky bacon and air fry on 180C for 13 mins, brush over the glaze and air fry for a further 1-2 minutes or until the sausages are cooked and the bacon is crispy. Air fry on 200C for 13-15 mins, shaking every 5 mins. 2️⃣ Season the room-temperature steaks with salt, pepper & 2 tsp cajun seasoning. Fry in a pan sprayed with oil spray on high for a couple of mins each side (for med-rare). Crispy battered chicken coated in a beaut bang bang sauce with sticky fried rice 😮‍💨 Macros 447 calories 44gP / 4F / 66gC Serves: 2 Shopping list ✍️ - 300g Chicken Breast, diced - 1 tsp soy sauce - 1 garlic clove, minced - 1 inch ginger, minced - 25g Cornflour - 220g Microwave Rice - 1 tsp dark soy sauce - 2 tbsp reduced sugar sweet chilli sauce - 1 carrot, grated - 100g frozen peas - 1 Spring onion, sliced Bang bang sauce 🥣: 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce, 3 tbsp light mayo, 1 tsp siracha & 1 tsp water. Method Mix the sauce ingredients together and set aside. Add 1 tsp soy sauce, minced garlic & ginger to the diced chicken then coat in cornflour. Spray with low calorie spray and air fry on 190C for 14 mins turning half way and spraying with more low calorie spray. In a large bowl mix the microwave rice with the grated carrot and peas, then pour over the dark soy and sweet chilli sauce. Mix well then air fry on 200C for 5 mins, give it a good stir half way. Macros 585 calories 40gP / 22gF / 59gC Serves: 2   Shopping list ✍️ - 360g chicken thighs, diced - 2 tsp soy sauce - 1 garlic clove, minced - 1 inch ginger, minced - 1 egg or egg white - 23g cornflour - 1/2 onion, diced - 1 red & green pepper, diced - 150g shop-bought skin on fries, cooked - 1/2 tsp Chinese five spice - A pinch of sweetener or sugar - Spring onion Optional: a handful of prawn crackers and sesame seeds! Glaze: 2 heaped tbsp sweet chilli sauce, 1 tsp dark soy, 1 tsp honey & squeeze of lemon juice Method Season the chicken with 1 tsp soy sauce, ginger and garlic. Dip into the whisked egg or egg white then cornflour. Spray with low calorie spray and air fry on 190C for 14-16 mins or until cooked, turning half way and spraying again. (I place mine on parchment paper or else it sticks!). In the meantime spray a pan with low calorie spray and fry the onion sand peppers for a few mins to soften. Add your cooked chips along with the Chinese for spice, sweetener and 1 tsp soy sauce and mix well. Plate up, add the glaze to the pan along with 2 tbsp water and cook on high until it bubbles. Spray a pan with oil, flatten the balls into thin patties and fry for a few mins each side. Link in my bio 😍📕 Macros 553 calories 32gP / 17gF / 66gC Serves: 2 Shopping list ✍️ - 150g dried pasta - 1 small red onion, finely diced - 4 reduced fat sausages - 1 garlic glove, minced - 25g tomato puree - 45g single cream or alternative - 1 chicken stock cube - 40g light cheddar, grated Optional: fresh parsley, parmesan & garlic bread 🥖 Method Cook the pasta in salted water, drain keeping 2 ladles of pasta water aside. In the meantime spray l a pan with oil spray and fry the onions to soften. Remove the skin from the sausages then fry the sausage in the pan for 4-5 mins or until crispy (I saved a bit of the crispy sausage to put on top of the pasta at the end!). Mix in the tomato puree, garlic until combined then the cream, crumbled chicken stock cube & a dash of boiling water. Add a ladle or two of the pasta water, the cheese then the pasta mixing well. Link in my bio 😍📕 (ad aff) Macros 395 calories 40gP / 14gF / 26gC Serves: 2   Shopping list ✍️ - 230g 5% beef mince - 1 tsp garlic granules - 1/2 tsp onion granules - Salt & pepper - 1/2 beef stock cube - 30g low fat cheese (I used eat lean) - 2 brioche buns - 2 tbsp burger sauce - 2 streaky bacon rashers, cooked 🍽️ Serve with: homemade fries & a salad or coleslaw Method Season the beef mince with garlic granules, onion granules, 1/2 beef stock cube crumbled then salt & pepper. Roll into 4 patties and place in a pan sprayed with oil. Flatten each pattie then cook for a couple of mins each side. For the last minute add the cheese to two of the patties to melt. Remove, then place the brioche buns in the pan upside down (as shown in the recipe video). Assemble the burger along with the burger sauce and cooked bacon. Place the top of the bun upside down and press down.
