Homemade Teddy Graham Coffee Recipe ☕️ Today, we’re whipping up something cozy and sweet—a Teddy Graham Coffee! It’s got warm, graham cracker vibes, but if you’re not into super sweet drinks, just halve the ingredients (except the coffee!). Let’s get started👇🏼 Ingredients: Coffee Base: • 1 tbsp brown sugar • 1 tbsp honey • 1/4 tsp cinnamon • Coffee or espresso (go strong!) Cold Foam: • 2 tbsp heavy cream • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup Directions: 1. Brew your coffee or espresso and stir in the brown sugar, honey, and cinnamon while it’s hot. Give it a good whip to mix. 2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and maple syrup together until frothy. 3. Fill a glass with ice, pour in the coffee, and add your choice of milk. 4. Top it off with the cold foam and sprinkle a little cinnamon for a cozy finish. Cinnamon Sugar Protein Pretzel Bites ✨NO RISE TIME✨ Ingredients For the dough: • 2 cups flour (240g) • 1.5 cups Greek yogurt nonfat 0% (360g) • 2 tsp baking powder • 1/2 tsp salt For topping: • 1 egg (for egg wash) or milk • 2 tbsp melted butter • 1/4 cup brown sugar • 1/4 cup granulated sugar • 1/2 tsp cinnamon Instructions 1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). 2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and Greek yogurt until a dough forms. 3. Divide the dough into 5 sections. Roll each section into a log, then cut into bite-sized pieces. 4. Place the pieces on a lined baking sheet and brush with egg wash or milk for a golden finish. 5. Bake for 17–19 minutes until golden brown. For the Cinnamon Sugar Coating: 1. Combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl. 2. Once the pretzel bites are baked, toss them in melted butter until fully coated, or brush both sides generously with butter. 3. Immediately toss the butter-coated pretzels in the cinnamon sugar mixture, ensuring an even coating. Enjoy warm!
