Lemon Pepper Chicken Pasta with Roasted Garlic! This is one is for the garlic lovers 🤩 RECIPE ⬇️ 1. Cook 1/2 lb of pasta in salted water until al dente. Cut the top off a head of garlic and drizzle with olive oil. Add a pinch of salt and bake at 400 for an hour until your garlic is nice and roasted. Let it cool then squeeze and mash it together. Set aside. 2. Cut 2 chicken breasts into bite sized pieces. Season with salt, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic/ onion powder and parsley. Add your chicken to a pan on medium heat with 2 tbsp of butter and a dash of olive oil. 3. Cook chicken fully (about 5 mins on both sides) then remove the chicken. Add 2 tbsp of butter & 3 cloves minced garlic to a pan on medium heat. 4. When the garlic is fragrant, add 1 cup of heavy cream and bring to a simmer. 5. Season with 1 tsp of salt, onion/ garlic powder, lemon pepper seasoning, parsley & chili flakes. Add the juice of one lemon. 6. Toss in your cooked pasta and a dash of pasta water. Let your sauce/ pasta cook for a few minutes then add 1 cup of parm, your cooked chicken and more pasta water as needed. 7. Mix until creamy. Top with more parm. Enjoy!! #pasta #fyp

Broccoli Cheddar Pasta 🤩 A rich creamy cheese sauce with cavatappi pasta and broccoli 🧀 RECIPE ⬇️ 1. First, cook 1/2 lb of pasta in salted water. When there are a few mins left, add 3oz of broccoli florets to the water. Finish cooking the pasta and broccoli in the same pot. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water. 2. Next, add 3 tbsp of butter and a dash of olive oil to a pan. When the butter is melted, add 1/2 a diced onion. Season and cook until translucent. Then add 3 cloves of minced garlic and cook until fragrant 3. Then, 1.5 cups of heavy cream. Mix well then season with salt, pepper, garlic/ onion powder and paprika. Bring to a simmer then add 1 cup of cheddar cheese and 1 cup of mozzarella 4. Mix your sauce well then add your cooked pasta, broccoli, 1 tbsp mustard & pasta water. Stir together adding pasta water as needed until creamy. 5.Top with more cheese and enjoy! #thesecarbsdontcount
Homemade Mozzarella Sticks 🤩 RECIPE ⬇️ 1. First, cut a 16oz hunk of ‘regular block’ of mozzarella into strips. Then, in three separate bowls, add 1 cup of flour, 3 eggs, whisked together, and 2 cups of breadcrumbs. Season all three with salt, pepper and garlic powder. 2. Dunk your mozz strips into flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs then back into the egg, then finish in the breadcrumbs. 3. Put your mozz sticks into the freezer for 1-2 hours to harden. 4. Heat a pot of neutral oil until it’s 350F then fry your mozz sticks. Flip halfway through then remove when golden brown and crispy. Make sure to not overcook. 5. Add to a paper towel to soak up any excess grease. Season with salt and parm cheese. Serve immediately with your fave sauce! #mozzarellasticks #fyp #cheesepull
