Replying to @nina 🦋 RESISTENCE: if you do not have enough resistance on the wheel you will over ride the beat, you won’t feel stable to get out of the saddle, and you will hurt yourself POWER: rely on fast twitch muscles to drive the pedal down with power and strength to maintain speed. Find exercises to build strength FORM: you must have the proper form in order to achieve this speed out of saddle. Chest up, booty back behind the knees, core engaged, shoulders down, elbows tucked in sets you up for success. PRACTICE: you can’t win a game if you don’t show up to practice. Be patient with yourself and over time you will get faster, stronger, and accomplish more each and every day! Start in the saddle work your way out.
