Nothing Bundt a Biscoff Cake! 😋 This flavor was SO good! Recipe is down below :) Recipe: 1 box vanilla cake (I use Betty Crocker) 2 tbsp vanilla pudding powder 4 eggs 1/3 cup vegetable oil (if your box mix says to use more, then use more!) 1 cup water (if your box mix says to use more water, then add more!) 1 cup sour cream ~1/4 cup biscoff 10 crushed biscoff cookies Cream cheese frosting: 16 oz cream cheese, softened 1 cup unsalted butter 1/3 cup biscoff spread 1 cup powdered sugar 1/4 cup heavy cream 1 tsp vanilla extract ** Employees have told me they use water, but I preferred it with milk :) Bake at 350F for about 45, when a toothpick comes out clean! Please note that all ovens are DIFFERENT. I use convection bake and at 45 minutes when a toothpick came out clean. If it’s not ready, bake it for longer. Let it sit for about 10 minutes and then wrap in plastic while hot and freeze until it's completely cooled and ready to ice! I highly suggest putting a tray underneath so that it doesn’t fall apart. I froze the cake for 1 hour, that’s when it was cold to the touch. #nothingbundtcake #bundtcake #biscoff
Banging your cookie sheet on your oven or countertop halfway through baking way through is the 🔑 to thinner, crispier cookies with crinkly edges! #cookies #chocolatechipcookies #matchacookies
Replying to @Texstargal Lemon Nothing Bundt Cake dupe! This was HIGHLY requested 🍋 Let me know which flavor you’d like to see next! Last time I used milk, but more employees reached out and said that they used water :) Recipe: 1 box Duncan Hines, lemon 3 tbsp lemon pudding Zest of 1 lemon Juice of 1 lemon 1 cup of water 1/2 cup oil 4 eggs 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt Bake at 350F for about an hour. TIP: a toothpick needs to come out CLEAN otherwise your cake needs more time. Every oven is different and some need more time than others. Rule of thumb: clean toothpick! Let it sit for about 10-15 minutes at room temp and then wrap in plastic while hot and freeze until it’s completely cooled (usually 1.5 hours). I ALWAYS flip it onto a tray so the cake doesn’t fall apart. This cake is EXTREMELY moist. It is fragile! Cream cheese frosting: 16 oz cream cheese, softened 1 cup unsalted butter 1 cup powdered sugar 2 tbsp heavy cream 1 tsp vanilla extract Beat softened cream cheese, add in butter and mix again until fully combined. Add in the powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract, mix again until fully combined. Enjoy :) #nothingbundtcake #cake #fyp
