Let’s have a civil discussion in the comments around why it takes years to actually develop the strength required to come anywhere near needing a gym pin. Obviously there are exceptions, but if you’re a teenager who’s been training less than 3 years and do so in a very well equipped gym, then you’re just training wrong. Don’t make the mistake of starting your pump up backstage 20-40mins prior to going out. That will drastically affect your look.
