I painted this for people struggling with mental health so for everyone, really. At some point in life, everyone has felt down, mentally exhausted, or overwhelmed by the weight of their thoughts. Those days when the mental load is so heavy that even getting up to take a shower or eat feels impossible. I grew up with a very fragile mind, and many of my days used to look like this. I don’t want to start a discourse on how to “get out” of this state. it’s not important, and honestly, it never really works. Instead, I just want to send you a prayer, a reminder that when you reach rock bottom, the only way left is up. And if you have the energy, randomly check in on a loved one. Those small, unexpected check-ins can give a strength you can’t even imagine. ❤️
