Hip position might be one of the most important tips I can give for running form ✨ Ways to check in with yourself: ❌ Is your chest down? ✅ Straighten it! ❌ Is your core relaxed? ✅ Engage it! ❌ Are you landing in front of you? ✅ Land underneath! Try this check in and see if it helps!
How should you land when running? Focus on landing with a midfoot strike, underneath your body! This encourages a more even distribution of impact across your feet and legs, which can help you avoid common injuries like shin splints and runner's knee! Think about it on your next run – it is a super easy and helpful tip! ❤️

Strides are for so much more than warming up! Speed = length + frequency - you can’t just have one or the other and this is an amazing way to improve them both! ❤️👏 Next time you do strides, make them count and let them improve your speed! ✨🤝
LANDED IN LONDON and thought I’d give you a little arm speed and range of motion tip! ✨ 5 DAYS before the marathon!
