I was not happy about this, that third muscle up felt harder than it was supposed to😤. Keep in mind that I share a lot of knowledge in the link in my bio🤝🏼
Lost to a 5 time national champion, not bad, we tried this arm wrestling exercise for biceps to see where I’m at, and yea at least I could hold him for a few seconds in our match@Superman_Joe , he turned out to be stronger than I expected, and yes he surely dominated in this movement, he had better technique for sure, I’m still happy with 50kg on this move, more than I expected… For the people wondering, no I don’t plan to get into arm wrestling, I just train my joints and wrists because its important in calisthenics, and as you can see, no matter if I’m stronger than him at weighted pull ups, you need specific strength for arm wrestling, which is what he has, and he dominated, and props to him for even being 25kg lighter than me and he still won, very good result @sup1nator
Heavier = stronger🗿🤝🏼 of courseee the heavier you are the harder it is to do cool skills on calisthenics, but who cares, i’ll still reach a high level check in link in the bio for some serious knowledge
Unseen footage🗿 randomly found this in my phone, my muscle ups in my primes, i don’t train them anymore because I work on other skills, for some serious knowledge click the link in my bio🤝🏼
95kg/188cm statement🗿, minimum for 1-2 years I will practice only Planche and front lever, no weights no other skills, full focus! Gained all the knowledge I need, spoke to 4 best athletes at these skills, now I’m ready😤
The whole block was quiet after this😂, -15 euros, 6 kids were there, 2.5 euros each, this is not bad for Moldova, its like the 6th time I do something like this haha, I’m happy because I can record in peace and they are very happy because free money, of course I asked them nicely and if they would say no then I’d have no problem with that, but yeah, you can tell they were satisfied🤝🏼🗿
0 to 4 one arm pull ups in 4 months? At 95kg/188cm💀 Yes I had very good basics when I started training this skill(77.5kg for 7 reps on weighted pull ups) but when I started this skill my body was not as strong at the start… The adaptation process(you progressing very fast at the beginning because of basics) lasts 3-5 weeks maximum, but here in my case I’m progressing faster than I should, even I’m shocked, but I know the secret, and I will later make a video on this on YouTube, it’a so interesting that it deserves a full video… And yes 4 months ago I mentioned that I will be able to do 6+ reps after 6 months of training, but I want you to understand that this was me having unbelievable expectations, and I will meet them easily, stay tuned and I will share my progress🤝🏼 The secret I talk about is very very weird, because I had 21+ coaches, which means I’m all about methods and what really works, but the secret ended up being having crazy high expectations and removing the limits in your mind, great example is my last 2 workouts… The previous workout I barely did 5 sets of 3 reps, and after 3 days rest I did 4 sets of 4 reps, this is not normal…. That’s why i’m shocked, I had crazy confidence + expectations, this is a way longer subject, I’ll get into details one day in a YouTube video🤝🏼
Planche + front lever for 1-2 years minimum🗿, I plan to work on it properly now, I achieved most of my goals in weighted calisthenics and in one arm pull ups, time to conquer these 2 skills now😤 I trained planche 3 times in my career: 1st time - 5 months, I had good basics and went from 0 to full Planche with bad form 2-3 sec hold, and 4-5 sec planche with decent form 2nd time - 2 weeks, when I wanted to combine planche with one arm pull ups but I decided to not risk because both skills put pressure on biceps so I went with one arm pull ups only 3rd time - Now, for around 3 weeks I have been preparing my body for this skill, and I have 90% of the results I used to have. My best hold in front lever was 12 seconds before, when I was 16 years old with very small legs and 68kg bodyweight, so I guess the muscle memory doesn’t work really because I’m not heavier with bigger legs, and my bax is 5 seconds before after 3 weeks of getting into it.
