full body slow stretch 38 Weeks🤰🏻 Reminder: i love my slow sessions and gentle walks too! One of the best things about this journey has been learning to truly listen to my body. Every day feels different and as much as I have been loving my weight training this pregnancy I’ve come to really look forward to my slow stretch sessions with Lisa on the @movewithus app. Pregnancy is such an individual experience. The way you move or choose to rest should reflect your own journey: how you trained before, how you’ve felt throughout, and what feels right for you now. p.s.
