Seeing my chest for the first time after top surgery was a mix of everything—relief, excitement, and honestly, some disappointment. I was so glad it was finally done, but it took a while to process what my body actually looked like. I liked the results, but I didn’t love my body yet. I started picking apart every little thing, especially how flat my chest was. My pecs looked smaller than I expected, and that kinda got to me. But instead of sitting in that feeling, I used it as fuel. I started focusing hard on chest training, less ego lifting, and more focus on creating a mind-muscle connection. My workouts got more intense, my diet got more consistent, and I stayed locked in. It didn’t change overnight, but it changed. And I’m proud of that.
