My 84 and 82 year old Grandparents made the news!!🤯🗞️ Honestly, there isn’t a day that goes by where I don’t feel inspired by my Grandparents to prioritize my health. They have showed me ever since I was little that your health is everything in this life and without it, you have nothing. Here’s a few simple things they shared with the Telegraph (a huge thank you to the @telegraph for featuring them) about how they’ve managed to stay so fit for long. We made a high protein cottage cheese pasta sauce and did a kids taste test to prove our kids actually liked it 👀💪 Full recipe is linked on my IG (leansquad)!! BTW you see a lot of recipes online for “kids” but half of them aren’t edible! All our “kids” recipes need to pass the taste test and this did with flying colours. The cottage cheese sauce has 13 grams of protein per serving, plus vitamin d and calcium, all of which are essential to keep our kids healthy, strong and happy!😊 There are also so many other healthy ingredients in this recipe! Sunshine & a dose of norovirus ☀️😱 What our vacation was actually with kids was actually like…🤣😱💁 lol but seriously, even though at times we felt like the parenting gods were against us we truly would do this trip ten times over.
