6 month fitness transformation🤍✨

25lbs difference from Oct 21st 2024 - March 14th 2025. This is around 6 months of hard work, consistency & lifestyle changes. This might only be showing the physical transformation but this journey has truly been mind, body & soul for me ❤️ for anyone who made it this far there’s no special secret to this transformation but I am looking forward to sharing more in the future. I am still healing myself before possibly making a return to posting consistently. for a while I felt stuck at 17 but it’s incredible to start to overcome trauma & actually begin to grow again 🤍

I started going to the gym by myself but now having more friends that also have centred fitness in their lives have made it SO enjoyable!! Making gym plans & having fun has truly made it the highlight of my week 🤍✨
