El reto físico más duro que he hecho hasta la fecha 🥵 Este es el resumen, en muy pocos minutos, de lo que fue mi reto en la Trail Menorca Camí de Cavalls 🏃♂️🌴 Una ultramaratón de 100 km que empezó de noche 🌙, con 21 horas para completarla… Subidas locas, lluvia 🌧️, correr de noche, piedras, calor… Pero también paisajes brutales, buen rollo y una experiencia 100% Menorca que no voy a olvidar 💚 Todo junto a mi escudero y hermanito Jaime y a nuestro gran amigo Borja Bandera ❤️❤️ Lo bueno es que esta carrera tiene varias distancias: 👉11 km, 27 km, 44 km, 58 km, 85 km, 100 km y 185 km!!!! Haré algún día la de 185 km? 🤣 Estos retos masivos los hago para motivaros y que os mováis, pero no penséis que hay que hacer tanto ejercicio para ponerse en forma jeje, recuerda que por poco que hagas…TODO SUMA!! 💪 Ponte en forma conmigo en fuertafit.com!!!

When I found out I was pregnant I made a promise to myself: To be as active as I possibly can during the whole pregnancy. To take care of myself both physically and mentally, to maintain a strong body and mind. Unfortunately between week 6-13 I couldn’t do almost ANYTHING 🤢😴🥱😵 I was basically in bed all day with extreme nausea and tiredness. Didn’t want to eat och workout. I was able to do some mobility at most on a few occasions. I’ve been doing Calisthenics for 10 years and it felt crazy not to be able to move in 2 months 😳 But after surviving (😅) those weeks I was back! 💪🏼 And now my goal and ambition is to stay as active as I can, as long as my body allows it!
