Home Made Red Rooster Cheesy Nuggets! Though they’re not the same as they were once upon a time, they’re still my favourite nuggets anywhere. Check out the video as I dissect and recreate them. Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts 1 chicken thigh fillet 1/2 cup small cubed tasty cheese 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup fine bread crumbs 3 tbsp sesame seeds 1/3 cup plain flour 2 eggs 1/4 cup buttermilk Blitz the chicken, add in the cubed cheese and give it a good mix. Make nugget shapes using wet hands. Coat with flour and into egg wash (eggs and buttermilk beaten) and then into the bread crumb mixture. Fry or Air Fry till golden brown.
