My Doctor said it wasn’t possible. Here’s how I healed a grade 3-4 torn calf in less than six weeks. I understand most don’t have access to the below, but one thing that helped me heal more than anything else is something we all have access to. Aside from peptides and all the gadgets, my secret to healing injuries are daily affirmations and actually believing my body is healing itself rapidly. I write it down and I say it out loud. Helps to reduce inflammation, increases circulation and helps with pain. • Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) to induce muscle contractions and promote blood flow- I used @compex usa • Acupuncture from my friend and healer Dr. Patti @patricialeatlac to help clear my energetic channels and reduce inflammation • Mudras recovery cream infused with CBD from @Mudras Massage • Normatec compression boots to increase blood flow and circulation and reduce swelling • @Power Plate helped to recruit all muscle fibers in an active stretch and load • shock wave technology to break up the scar tissue and stimulate the natural self-healing effects in the body Note: I just love science and gadgets.
